Applicants should also have a minimum of two year’s classroom teaching experience, preferably in an IB World School. It is essential for all applicants to hold the nationality of one of the European Union countries, or valid French working papers.

Primary Years Programme Teaching Assistant (FT / Fixed Term)
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive temporary PYP (Primary Years Programme) Teaching Assistant (Full Time Role) to join our highly committed primary team to cover a staff leave on a fixed-term contract basis (CDD) for a period of twelve weeks between November and February (with the possibility of extension).
The successful candidate will work closely with our PYP classroom teachers and learning support team and will (amongst other skills & qualities):
●Provide effective and proactive support for PYP teaching and learning, fostering an inquiry-based environment.
● Assist in delivering clear learning objectives through differentiated support for students of mixed abilities.
●Embrace the values and beliefs expressed in the philosophy of the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and the school, translating them into daily classroom practice.
●Help create a safe, engaging, and structured learning context, ensuring the effective use of resources to promote high standards of achievement and well-being for all pupils.
The International School of Toulouse is situated on a beautiful campus in Colomiers, approximately 20 minutes from Toulouse city centre.
