Admissions Process

Applications are accepted throughout the year.


Please click on the links below to familiarise yourself with our Admissions Policy and other information. 



Step 1: Submit a complete application

The following documents must be fully completed and submitted before an application can be reviewed.


Registration Form

Send the completed Registration Form to the School


School Recommendation Form

Forward the School Recommendation Form to your child’s current school to complete. 

Tuition Fee Information Form

Send the completed Tuition Fee Information Form to the School

Academic reports

Send copies of Academic Reports for the last academic year to the School for evaluation.

For K3 and above, students will only be admitted if they satisfy the School's academic standards.

For Primary students, please submit a piece of unaided written work.

If English is not the child’s first language please provide any documented evidence (certificates, reports etc.) of English language ability in reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.



Medical Information

Send a copy of your child’s vaccination record which should include BCG (TB), Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio.


Identity Document

Send a copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport


Registration Fee

The non-refundable registration fee and the Tuition Fee Information Form or the Airbus Billing Form must accompany each application

Step 2: Application review

Once all elements of the application have been provided or completed, it will be reviewed by the Principal.


Step 3: Application decision

Admission may be granted, declined or the School may place the student on a waiting list. In all cases, the parent(s)/guardian(s) will be notified in writing.

Decisions on applications for the start of the academic year (September) will be made in April/May.
